Setup and Assembly
Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food as described in the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section.
- Place the anti-slip base securely on a clean, flat surface.
- Place the chopping bowl onto the anti-slip base.
- Carefully place the blade assembly onto the central pin inside the chopping bowl. Ensure it sits firmly. Caution: Blades are very sharp. Handle with extreme care.
- Add your ingredients into the chopping bowl. Do not overfill.
- Place the lid onto the chopping bowl, aligning the tabs on the lid with the grooves on the bowl. Twist gently to secure if applicable (refer to visual cues on the appliance).
- Position the motor unit onto the lid. Ensure it is correctly seated and locked into place. The safety interlock system prevents operation if not assembled correctly.
- Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet (240 Volts).

Operating Instructions
The Braun MultiPractic 3 CH3011BK features a simple one-push function for operation, offering 2 speeds.

General Chopping
- Ensure the chopper is assembled correctly and plugged in.
- Add desired ingredients to the chopping bowl. For best results, cut larger ingredients into smaller, uniform pieces (approx. 2-3 cm).
- Press and hold the control button on top of the motor unit to start chopping. The appliance offers two speeds; the pressure applied may influence the speed or a separate button/area on the motor unit might control it. Refer to the motor unit for specific speed controls.
- Use short pulses for coarse chopping or hold longer for finer results. Monitor the consistency through the transparent bowl.
- Release the button to stop the appliance.
- Once chopping is complete, unplug the appliance, remove the motor unit, then the lid, and carefully lift out the blade assembly before emptying the bowl.

Ice Crushing
The 4 stainless steel blades are designed to crush ice effectively.
- Place a maximum of 6-8 standard ice cubes into the chopping bowl. Do not overfill.
- Assemble the chopper as described in the "Setup" section.
- Press and hold the control button in short, powerful pulses until the desired ice consistency is achieved.
- Do not operate continuously for more than 30 seconds when crushing ice to prevent motor overheating. Allow a short break between cycles.
