Setup Guide

1. Charging the Smart Watch

Before first use, fully charge the smart watch. Use the provided magnetic pogo pin charger. Connect the charger to a standard USB power adapter (not included) and attach the magnetic end to the charging contacts on the back of the watch. A full charge typically takes a few hours.

2. SIM Card Installation and Activation

The smart watch requires a 4G Nano SIM card for full functionality, including calls and GPS tracking. A SpeedTalk Mobile SIM kit is included. Follow these steps:

Ensure the watch is powered off.
Locate the SIM card slot on the side of the watch.
Carefully insert the Nano SIM card into the slot with the gold contacts facing up and the notched corner aligned correctly. Push until it clicks into place.
Visit the SpeedTalk Mobile website to activate the SIM card. Ensure the correct plan is selected for smartwatches.
Power on the watch. The network signal indicator should appear on the screen once connected.

Important Note: This watch is designed to work with SpeedTalk Mobile SIM cards in the US. Compatibility with other carriers may vary and is not guaranteed. Ensure the SIM card is properly inserted to avoid issues.

3. App Connection

To manage the watch and utilize features like GPS tracking, video calls, and remote settings, download the official companion application on your smartphone. The app name and QR code for download are typically found in the watch's settings or a small instruction leaflet included in the packaging. Follow the in-app instructions to bind the watch to your account.

Operating Instructions

Making Video Calls

Once the watch is connected to the app and has an active SIM card, video calls can be initiated. Navigate to the video call icon on the watch screen. Select a contact from the pre-set list in the app to start a video call. The watch supports clear video and voice communication.

GPS Tracking and Positioning

The watch uses a combination of GPS, WiFi, and LBS (Location Based Service) for accurate positioning. Parents can open the mobile application to view the child's real-time location on a map. This feature provides triple security for tracking your child's whereabouts.

SOS Function

In case of an emergency, the child can long-press the SOS button on the side of the watch for 3 seconds. This action will automatically dial pre-set emergency contacts until one answers, providing a quick way to call for help.

Do Not Disturb (Class Mode)

Parents can set up to three "Do Not Disturb" periods via the mobile app. During these times, all watch functions (calls, games, music, camera) will be disabled, except for the SOS function, to prevent distractions during school or other important activities.

Ensure the SIM card has an active plan with sufficient talk time/data. Confirm that the watch is not in "Do Not Disturb" mode. Ensure contacts are correctly synced from the mobile app.
GPS location is inaccurate or not updating.	Ensure the watch has a clear view of the sky for GPS signal. Verify the watch has an active data connection (4G). Check the mobile app settings to ensure location services are enabled for the watch. GPS accuracy can be affected by dense buildings or indoor environments.
SIM card difficult to insert or remove.	Ensure you are using a Nano SIM card. Align the SIM card correctly with the notch. Do not force it. If stuck, gently try to push it further in until it clicks, then release. If it still doesn't come out, seek professional assistance to avoid damage.
Pedometer not tracking steps accurately.	Ensure the watch is worn snugly on the wrist. Pedometer accuracy can vary based on arm movements and walking style. Restart the watch to reset the sensor.
