Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the air fryer and all packaging materials. Keep packaging for future storage if needed.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the fry basket and fry pot with warm soapy water. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of space on all sides.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The appliance operates on 110 Volts.
Operating Instructions
Basic Operation
- Prepare Food: Place your desired food into the fry basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
- Insert Basket: Slide the fry basket and pot assembly firmly into the main unit. The appliance will not operate if the basket is not properly inserted.
- Set Temperature: Use the temperature control knob to set the desired cooking temperature, ranging from 176°F to 400°F (80°C to 200°C).
- Set Timer: Use the timer control knob to set the cooking time, up to 30 minutes.
- Start Cooking: The air fryer will begin heating once the temperature and timer are set. The heating and power indicator lights will illuminate.
- Auto Shut-off: The air fryer will automatically shut off when the timer reaches zero. A bell sound will indicate cooking is complete.
- Shaking Food: For some foods, it is recommended to shake the basket halfway through the cooking process to ensure even browning. Carefully remove the basket, shake, and reinsert. The unit will pause operation when the basket is removed and resume when reinserted.
- Removing Food: Once cooking is complete, carefully pull out the fry basket using the cool-touch handle. Use tongs to remove food to avoid touching hot surfaces.
Using Cook Presets
The CAYNEL Air Fryer comes with 8 pre-programmed cooking presets for common foods. These presets automatically set the optimal temperature and time. You can adjust these settings manually if desired.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Cleaning the Fry Basket and Pot
- The non-sticky fry basket and fry pot are dishwasher safe.
- Alternatively, they can be hand-washed with warm water and a mild dish soap. Use a soft sponge or cloth to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the basket and pot in warm soapy water for about 10-15 minutes before cleaning.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling or storing.
Cleaning the Main Unit
