Remove the battery cover on the back of the walkie talkie. Insert the 1500mAh Li-ion battery, ensuring proper alignment of the contacts. Securely close the battery cover.

Place the walkie talkie into its dedicated USB charging base. Connect the USB cable to a 5V power source (e.g., USB wall adapter, computer, power bank).
