2. Setup

2.2 Mobile App Installation

3. Operating the Padlock
3.1 Unlocking with PIN Codes

- Wake the keypad by pressing any button.
- Enter your valid PIN code.
- Press the unlock button (key icon).
- The padlock will unlock, and the shackle can be opened.
PIN codes can be generated and managed through the igloohome app. You can create permanent, one-time, or duration-based PIN codes for various users.
3.2 Unlocking with Bluetooth Keys
To unlock the padlock using a Bluetooth key:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and you are within Bluetooth range of the padlock.
- Open the igloohome app.
- Navigate to the padlock's control screen and tap the "Unlock" button.
- The padlock will unlock automatically.
3.3 Locking the Padlock
To lock the padlock, simply close the shackle firmly until it clicks into place. The padlock will automatically re-lock.
3.4 Activity Logs
The igloohome app allows you to view activity logs, showing who has accessed the padlock and when. Bluetooth unlock logs are updated in real-time, while PIN code logs are updated when the lock is synced with the app within Bluetooth range.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Battery Management
The padlock is equipped with a rechargeable Li-Ion battery. Monitor the battery level through the igloohome app. Recharge the padlock when the battery level is low to ensure continuous operation. Use a standard Type-C USB cable for charging.
4.2 Emergency Power
If the battery runs out completely, you can provide emergency power using a power bank, laptop, or tablet with a Type-C connection. Connect the external power source to the padlock's Type-C port to temporarily power it for unlocking.
4.3 Cleaning and Care
The SP2 is designed to be weatherproof and waterproof (IP67). However, regular cleaning with a soft, damp cloth is recommended to remove dirt and debris. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or internal components. Ensure the Type-C port cover is securely closed when not charging to maintain water resistance.

- Proximity: Ensure your smartphone is within close Bluetooth range of the padlock.
