Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the charging port on the headphones and the other end to a USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

For quick use, a 5-minute charge provides approximately 3 hours of music playback.

2. Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds until the LED indicator lights up.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your JBL Tune 520 BT headphones to a device:

  1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button for approximately 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "JBL Tune 520 BT" from the list of devices.
  5. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.

For Android 6.0+ devices, Fast Pair is supported. For Microsoft Swift Pair, Windows 10 v1803+ is required.
