4. Operating Instructions
The Hantek TO1152D features a multi-touch interface for easy navigation. The main screen provides access to various functions such as Oscilloscope (OSC), Digital Multimeter (DMM), Arbitrary Function Generator (AFG), History/Record (H/R), and Print.
4.1 Oscilloscope (OSC) Mode
In OSC mode, the device functions as a digital storage oscilloscope. Connect your probes to the input channels (CH1, CH2) as needed. Use the touch screen to adjust vertical scale (Volts/Div), horizontal scale (Time/Div), trigger settings, and measurement parameters. The intuitive UI allows for quick adjustments and waveform analysis.
4.2 Digital Multimeter (DMM) Mode
Switch to DMM mode to perform various electrical measurements. Connect your multimeter leads to the appropriate jacks (V/Ω/C Diode Jack, COM Jack, mA Jack, A Jack) as shown in Figure 2.7. Select the desired measurement type (e.g., DC voltage, AC voltage, resistance, capacitance, diode test, continuity) from the on-screen menu.
4.3 Arbitrary Function Generator (AFG) Mode
The AFG mode allows you to generate various waveforms. Connect the signal output port to your circuit. On the screen, select the desired waveform type (sine, square, ramp, pulse, arbitrary), adjust frequency, amplitude, and offset parameters. This function is useful for testing circuits and components.
