Setup

Your BURCHDA R7PRO E-Bike comes 95% pre-assembled. Follow these steps for final assembly and preparation:

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the bike from its packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
2. Unfolding: Unlock the frame and handlebar folding mechanisms and carefully unfold the bike until it clicks into place. Ensure all latches are securely fastened.
3. Handlebar Adjustment: Adjust the handlebar height and angle to a comfortable riding position. Tighten all bolts securely.
4. Seat Adjustment: Adjust the seat post height to ensure proper leg extension while pedaling. The minimum seat height is 37.4 inches (95 cm). Secure the quick release lever.
5. Pedal Installation: Identify left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread them into the crank arms (left pedal counter-clockwise, right pedal clockwise). Tighten firmly with a wrench.
