Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

- Do not cover crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the oven.

Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories from the carton.
- Initial Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (bake tray, bake rack, mesh tray, rotisserie fork, fetch rack, oil tray) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Placement: Place the air oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 4 inches) on all sides and above the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place it directly under cabinets or near flammable materials.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- First Use (Burn-off): Before cooking food, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C) in 'Bake' mode to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

The CUCKOO Air Oven features a user-friendly control panel with various functions and preset modes to simplify your cooking experience.
Control Panel Overview:
- Power Button: Turns the appliance on/off.
- Function Dial/Buttons: Select desired cooking mode (e.g., Toast, Bagel, Pizza, Bake, Broil, Reheat, Air Fry, Air Roast, Roast, Steak, Dehydrate, Manual).
- Temperature Control: Adjust cooking temperature.
- Time Control: Set cooking duration.
- Start/Pause Button: Begin or temporarily stop the cooking process.
- Light Button: Turn the interior light on/off.
Using Preset Cooking Modes:
The oven offers 18 preset modes for common dishes. These modes automatically set optimal time and temperature, which can be adjusted manually if needed.
- Place food inside the oven with the appropriate accessory (e.g., mesh tray for air frying, bake tray for baking).
- Turn on the appliance using the Power Button.
- Select the desired preset mode using the function dial or dedicated buttons. The display will show the default time and temperature for that mode.
- If desired, adjust the time and temperature using the respective controls.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
- The oven will automatically stop and beep when the cooking cycle is complete.

360° Convectional Cooking:
This feature utilizes two heating elements (top and bottom) and a convection fan to circulate hot air evenly, ensuring thorough and crispy cooking results. This is ideal for achieving a fried texture with minimal oil.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your CUCKOO Air Oven. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Interior: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive sponge. Ensure no water enters the heating elements.
- Crumb Tray: The crumb tray is located at the bottom of the oven. Pull it out, discard crumbs, and wash it with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly before replacing.
