5. Setup Guide
5.1 Connecting to Your TV
- Ensure both your TV and the satellite receiver are powered off.
- Connect one end of the provided HDMI cable to the HDMI port on the rear of the Next Q-play 4K receiver.
- Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to an available HDMI input port on your TV. Note the HDMI input number (e.g., HDMI 1, HDMI 2) for later selection.
- (Optional) For older TVs, connect a composite video (CVBS) and analog audio (L/R) cable to the CVBS/L/R ports on the receiver and the corresponding inputs on your TV.
5.2 Connecting to a Satellite Dish
- Connect the coaxial cable from your satellite dish LNB to the DVB-S2 IN port on the rear of the receiver.
- If you have another satellite receiver or device you wish to loop through, connect a coaxial cable from the LOOP OUT port to the input of the other device.
5.3 Network Connection
- Wired Connection (Ethernet): Connect an Ethernet cable from your router or network switch to the LAN port on the rear of the receiver.
- Wireless Connection (Wi-Fi): The device has built-in 2.4G & 5G Dual Band Wi-Fi. During the initial setup, you will be prompted to connect to your wireless network.

- Connect the power adapter to the DC 12V input port on the receiver.
- Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
