Setup
Before first use, ensure your power bank is fully charged. The power bank can be charged via the 100W Charging Base or directly via its USB-C ports.

Initial Power Bank Charging
- Using the 100W Charging Base: Connect the charging base to a power outlet using the provided power cord. Place the ANKER Prime Power Bank onto the charging base. Ensure proper alignment for high-speed wireless recharging.
- Using USB-C Ports: Connect the power bank to a compatible USB-C power adapter (not included) using the provided USB-C to USB-C cable. The power bank supports up to 170W fast USB-C recharging.
- The power bank's display will indicate charging status and battery level.
Operating Instructions
Charging Your Devices
The ANKER Prime Power Bank features 2 USB-C ports and 1 USB-A port for multi-device fast charging.

- Connect your devices to the available USB-C or USB-A ports using appropriate charging cables.
- The power bank can deliver up to 250W of power, boosting a MacBook Pro 16" (M2) to 50% in approximately 28 minutes.
- The display on the power bank will show real-time output for each port.
Smart App Control
Utilize the Anker app for enhanced control and monitoring of your power bank.

- Download the Anker app from your device's app store.
- Connect your power bank to the app via Bluetooth.
- Locate with Sound Alerts: Use the app to trigger sound alerts from your power bank, helping you find it if misplaced.
- Real-Time Stats: Monitor charging input/output, remaining battery, and full recharge time directly from the app.
- Smart Charging: Optimize device battery life with smart charging features, allowing you to set charging schedules or limits.
Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ANKER Prime Power Bank:
- Keep the device clean and free from dust and debris.
- Avoid exposing the power bank to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Troubleshooting
Power Bank Not Charging on Base
- Ensure the charging base is properly connected to a power outlet.
- If the power bank is fully depleted (screen inactive), the base charging may automatically shut off. Recharge via a USB-C port first to restore base charging functionality.
- Verify the power bank is correctly aligned on the charging base.
App Connection Issues
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
- Keep your phone within 33 ft (10 m) of the power bank for proper functionality.
- Restart the Anker app and/or your power bank if connection issues persist.
