1. Introduction
This manual provides essential instructions for the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of your Lubluelu Charging Station. This station is designed to automatically recharge compatible Lubluelu robot vacuum cleaners, including models SL60D, SL61, and SG60. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure safe and efficient operation.
2. Safety Instructions
- Ensure the charging station is placed on a flat, stable surface.
- Keep the charging station away from water or damp environments.
- Do not use the charging station if the power cord or plug is damaged.
- Only use the original power adapter provided with your robot vacuum cleaner or a compatible adapter with the correct specifications (Input: 230V, Output: 5V DC, 18W).
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the charging station yourself. Contact customer support for assistance.
- Keep children and pets away from the charging station during operation.
- Avoid placing the charging station in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
3. Product Overview
The Lubluelu Charging Station serves as the home base for your robot vacuum cleaner, providing a charging point and a location for the robot to return to after cleaning cycles.

4. Setup
- Choose a Location: Select a location for the charging station that is against a wall, on a hard, level surface. Ensure there are no obstacles within 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) to either side and 1 meter (3.3 feet) in front of the station. This clear space allows the robot vacuum to easily dock and undock.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the power input port on the side of the charging station (refer to Figure 3.2). Then, plug the other end of the power adapter into a wall outlet.
- Verify Power: A small indicator light on the charging station may illuminate, indicating it is receiving power.
- Initial Placement of Robot: Place your robot vacuum cleaner onto the charging station manually to ensure it makes proper contact and begins charging. The robot's indicator light should show it is charging.

Figure 4.1: Recommended placement for the charging station, showing required clear space of 0.5m to the sides and 1m in front for optimal robot docking.
5. Operation
Once the charging station is set up, your robot vacuum cleaner will interact with it automatically.
- Automatic Return: When the robot vacuum's battery level is low, it will automatically return to the charging station to recharge. Ensure the charging station is powered on and accessible.
- Manual Docking: You can also manually place the robot vacuum onto the charging station. Align the robot's charging contacts with those on the station.
- Charging Indicator: Refer to your robot vacuum's instruction manual for details on its charging indicator lights. Typically, a solid or blinking light indicates charging status.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your charging station.
- Cleaning Contacts: Periodically wipe the charging contacts on both the station and the robot vacuum with a clean, dry cloth. This prevents dust and debris buildup that could interfere with charging. Do not use water or cleaning solutions directly on the contacts.
- Keep Area Clear: Ensure the area around the charging station remains free of obstructions, dust, and debris.
- Power Cord Inspection: Regularly check the power cord for any signs of damage, fraying, or kinks. If damage is found, discontinue use and replace the power cord.
