  • Inspect all wiring connections to the control box periodically to ensure they are secure and free from damage.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your RX97 6V kit, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Remote Control Indicator Light Flashes Continuously: This indicates that the frequency binding failed. Remove the batteries from the remote control, reinsert them, and repeat the frequency binding steps (Section 3.3).
  • Car Not Responding to Remote Control:
    • Check if the remote control batteries are depleted or incorrectly installed. Replace if necessary.
    • Ensure the remote control and car are properly paired (frequency bound). Repeat Section 3.3.
    • Verify that the car's power is turned on.
  • Car Not Moving (Lights On, No Motor/Sound): This often indicates an issue with the control box. Ensure the control box is correctly installed and all connections are secure. If the issue persists, the control box may need replacement.
  • Incorrect Voltage Compatibility: Ensure the voltage of the replacement control box (RX97 6V) matches your car's requirements. This model is specifically designed for 6V systems. Using a control box with an incorrect voltage rating will prevent proper function and may cause damage.
