3. Setup
Initial Setup:
- Upon delivery, ensure the refrigerator stands upright for at least 12 hours before initial use to allow the compressor fluids to settle.
- Clean the interior compartment with a damp cloth before first use. Do not use corrosive liquids.
Connecting Power:
The CRPRO 30Qt Refrigerator can be powered via both AC (110-240V) and DC (12V/24V) power sources. Use the appropriate power cord for your intended use.
- DC Power (12V/24V): Connect the DC power cord to the refrigerator and then to your vehicle's 12V/24V power outlet (cigarette lighter socket).
- AC Power (110-240V): Connect the AC power cord to the refrigerator and then to a standard wall outlet.
4. Operating Instructions
Control Panel Functions:
- Power Button: Press once to turn on. Hold for 3 seconds to turn off.
- Settings Button: Press to switch between MAX (fast cooling) and ECO (energy-saving) modes.
- Temperature Control (+/- Buttons): Press '+' to increase temperature, '-' to decrease. Long press for fast adjustment.
- °F/°C Switch: Hold the 'Settings' button and '+' button simultaneously for 3 seconds to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
Battery Protection Settings:
The built-in Eco electronic control module automatically monitors your car battery's voltage to prevent excessive discharge. The refrigerator will shut off to prevent draining the battery or interfering with starting your car. There are three settings:
- High (H) Mode: Provides maximum protection for your battery. The refrigerator will cut out at 11.3V (12V DC) or 24.6V (24V DC).
- Medium (M) Mode: Default setting. Cuts out at 10.1V (12V DC) or 22.3V (24V DC).
- Low (L) Mode: Allows the refrigerator to use more of the battery energy. Cuts out at 9.6V (12V DC) or 21.3V (24V DC).
To change the battery protection level, press and hold the 'Settings' button for 3 seconds until the display blinks, then press the 'Settings' button again to cycle through H, M, and L modes.
