1. Introduction

3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Earphones
Before first use, fully charge the earphones. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the neckband and to a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off or change color when fully charged.

3.2 Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Multi-function button until the LED indicator flashes.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Multi-function button until the LED indicator turns off.
3.3 Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the earphones are powered off.
- Press and hold the Multi-function button until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "Promate Velcon" from the list of devices.
- Once connected, the LED indicator will flash blue slowly.
3.4 Dual Pairing
The earphones support connecting to two devices simultaneously. After pairing with the first device, disable Bluetooth on the first device. Pair the earphones with the second device. Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device; the earphones should automatically connect to both.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Single press the Multi-function button.
- Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up button.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down button.
- Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up button.
- Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down button.

4.2 Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Single press the Multi-function button.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button.

4.3 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Ambient Sound Mode
The earphones feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to reduce ambient noise and an Ambient Sound Mode to allow you to hear your surroundings.
- Toggle ANC/Ambient Mode: Press the ANC button (if available, or refer to specific button on your device).

4.4 Voice Assistant
Activate your device's voice assistant (Siri, Google Assistant) by triple-pressing the Multi-function button.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Promate Velcon earphones, refer to the following common solutions:
- Earphones not powering on: Ensure the earphones are fully charged.
- Unable to pair with device:
- Ensure the earphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing red and blue).
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Move the earphones closer to your device.
- Try restarting both the earphones and your device.
- No sound or poor sound quality:
- Check the volume levels on both the earphones and your connected device.
- Ensure the earphones are properly paired and connected.
