1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Ninja Cold Press Juicer Pro JC100. Please read all instructions carefully before first use and retain this manual for future reference.

2. Important Safeguards

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
  • Avoid contact with moving parts.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
  • The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  • Always ensure the appliance is properly assembled before operation.
  • Do not put fingers or other objects into the juicer opening while it is in operation. If food becomes lodged in the opening, use the food pusher provided.
  • Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.

3. Getting Started

3.1 Unpacking and Initial Cleaning

  1. Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
  2. Wash all removable parts in warm, soapy water or place them in the dishwasher (top rack only).
  3. Wipe the motor base with a clean, damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water.
  4. Rinse and dry all parts thoroughly.

4. Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your juicer:

  1. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and level surface.
  2. Insert the juicing bowl onto the motor base, aligning the arrows and twisting until it locks into place.
  3. Place the desired juicing screen (fine or coarse) into the juicing bowl.
  4. Insert the auger into the center of the juicing screen, pressing down firmly.
  5. Attach the feed chute assembly onto the juicing bowl, aligning the arrows and twisting clockwise until it locks.
  6. Place the pulp container under the pulp spout and the juice jug under the juice spout.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Ingredient Preparation

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • Peel fruits and vegetables that have thick or inedible skins (e.g., citrus fruits, pineapple, mango).
  • Remove large seeds or pits from fruits (e.g., peaches, cherries, plums).
  • Cut ingredients into pieces small enough to fit into the feed chute.

5.2 Juicing Process

  1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the juice jug and pulp container are in place.
  2. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
  3. Turn the juicer ON.
  4. Slowly feed prepared ingredients into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to guide ingredients, but do not force them.
  5. The juicer offers three settings (Low, Medium, High) for customized extraction. Select the appropriate setting based on the hardness of the ingredients.
  6. Allow the juicer to process the ingredients completely before adding more.
  7. Once juicing is complete, turn the juicer OFF and unplug it.

6. Care and Maintenance

6.1 Disassembly for Cleaning

  1. Ensure the juicer is unplugged.
  2. Remove the pulp container and juice jug.
  3. Twist the feed chute assembly counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
  4. Remove the auger and juicing screen from the juicing bowl.
  5. Twist the juicing bowl counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it from the motor base.

6.2 Cleaning Instructions

  • All removable parts are dishwasher safe (top rack only).
  • For manual cleaning, wash parts in warm, soapy water using a brush to remove any pulp residue from the juicing screen.
  • Wipe the motor base with a clean, damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
  • Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling or storing.

6.3 Storage

Store the assembled or disassembled juicer in a clean, dry place. Ensure all parts are dry before storage to prevent mold or mildew.

7. Troubleshooting Guide
