5. Setup

Before first use, follow these steps to prepare your appliance:

  1. Unpack: Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance and its accessories.
  2. Clean: Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Wash the steam tray, grill tray, and wire rack with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm of clear space on all sides and above the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
  4. First Use Burn-Off: Before cooking food, run the appliance empty for approximately 15-20 minutes at 200°C (Air Fry mode) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal and will dissipate. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process.
  5. Water Tank (for Steam Functions): For steam functions, fill the water tank located at the top of the unit with distilled or filtered water. Do not exceed the MAX fill line. The water level sensor will ensure sufficient water levels.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Control Panel Overview

The control panel features an LED display, touch buttons for various functions, and a selector knob for adjusting time and temperature.

6.2 Basic Operation

6.4 Child Lock and Delayed Start

  • Child Lock: To activate, press and hold the child lock icon for 3 seconds. The display will show a lock symbol. To deactivate, repeat the process.
  • Delayed Start: This feature allows you to set a cooking program to start at a later time. Consult the recipe booklet or the appliance's internal menu for specific instructions on setting delayed start times.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning
