3. Setup Guide
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the charging case to a USB power source using the provided cable. The indicator lights on the case will show charging status.
3.2 Pairing with Your Device
- Ensure the earbuds are charged and inside the charging case.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light on the earbuds.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for "CT11" or "PSIER CT11" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
- Select "CT11" to connect. Once connected, the earbud indicator light will stop flashing.
The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.
3.3 Wearing the Earbuds
- Confirm to take the earbuds as shown in the figure (ensure correct left/right earbud).
- From top to bottom, place the ear hook behind your ear.
- Adjust by twisting for comfort and secure fit.

4. Operating Instructions
The PSIER CT11 headphones feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud.
4.1 Basic Controls
- Power On: Open the charging case, or press and hold the touch area for 2 seconds.
- Power Off: Place earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or press and hold the touch area for 5 seconds.
- Play/Pause: Double tap either earbud.
- Next Track: Press and hold the Right (R) earbud for 2 seconds.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the Left (L) earbud for 2 seconds.
- Volume Up: Single tap the Right (R) earbud.
- Volume Down: Single tap the Left (L) earbud.
4.2 Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Double tap either earbud.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Tap three times either earbud.
5. Maintenance and Care
