3. Setup Guide

3.1 Initial Power-Up

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Live View and Pan/Tilt Control

Access the live feed from your camera through the EZVIZ app. Use the on-screen controls to pan (horizontal rotation) and tilt (vertical movement) the camera for a 360-degree panoramic view of your monitored area.

4.2 Auto-Tracking and AI Detection

The camera's AI algorithm can distinguish between people, vehicles, and other moving objects. Enable auto-tracking in the app settings. When human activity is detected, the camera will automatically lock onto the target and follow its movement, ensuring continuous surveillance.

4.3 Color Night Vision

The H8 Pro 2K offers multiple night vision modes:

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Camera Offline

• Check power connection: Ensure the camera is properly plugged in.
• Check Wi-Fi signal: Verify your router is working and the camera is within Wi-Fi range. Restart your router if needed.
• Restart camera: Unplug the camera, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
• Reconfigure Wi-Fi: If issues persist, try re-adding the camera to the EZVIZ app and reconfiguring its Wi-Fi settings.
