Burner Configuration
This cooktop is equipped with five burners, each designed for specific cooking needs:
- 12,000 BTU Triple-Ring Burner: For high-heat searing and rapid boiling.
- Two 10,200 BTU Dual Rapid Burners: For general cooking and faster heating.
- 6,000 BTU Semi-Rapid Burner: For medium-heat cooking.
- 3,400 BTU Auxiliary Burner: For delicate simmering and low-heat tasks.

NG/LPG Conversion
The cooktop is factory pre-set for natural gas (NG) but can be converted to liquid propane (LPG) using the included conversion kit. This conversion must be performed by a qualified gas technician.

Operating Instructions
Ignition
This cooktop features pulse ignition for quick and reliable burner lighting. To ignite a burner:
- Push down the corresponding control knob.
- Rotate the knob counter-clockwise to the "HIGH" position. You will hear a clicking sound as the igniter sparks.
- Once the flame is lit, continue to hold the knob down for a few seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up.
- Release the knob and adjust the flame to your desired intensity.

Flameout Protection
The cooktop is equipped with a thermocouple flameout protection device. If a flame accidentally extinguishes, the gas supply to that burner will automatically be cut off, enhancing safety.

Cleaning the Stainless Steel Surface
