NG/LPG Conversion

The cooktop is factory pre-set for natural gas (NG) but can be converted to liquid propane (LPG) using the included conversion kit. This conversion must be performed by a qualified gas technician.

Operating Instructions

Ignition

This cooktop features pulse ignition for quick and reliable burner lighting. To ignite a burner:

  1. Push down the corresponding control knob.
  2. Rotate the knob counter-clockwise to the "HIGH" position. You will hear a clicking sound as the igniter sparks.
  3. Once the flame is lit, continue to hold the knob down for a few seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up.
  4. Release the knob and adjust the flame to your desired intensity.

Flameout Protection

The cooktop is equipped with a thermocouple flameout protection device. If a flame accidentally extinguishes, the gas supply to that burner will automatically be cut off, enhancing safety.

Cleaning the Stainless Steel Surface
