3. Setup

3.1 Unboxing and Initial Charge

1. Carefully remove the device and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Connect the provided AC power adapter to the DC IN port on the device and plug it into a wall outlet.
3. Allow the device to charge fully before first use. The charging indicator light will change color or turn off when charging is complete.

3.2 Powering On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the power button until the screen illuminates.
• To power off: Press and hold the power button, then select "Power off" from the on-screen options.

3.3 Loading a DVD

1. Gently press the "OPEN" button or slide the latch to open the DVD disc cover.
2. Place a compatible DVD, VCD, CD, or MP3 disc onto the spindle with the label side facing up. Ensure the disc is securely seated.
3. Close the disc cover firmly until it clicks into place. The device will begin reading the disc automatically.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Playback Controls

• Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button to start or temporarily stop playback.
• Stop: Press the Stop button to end playback.
• Volume: Use the Volume +/- buttons or the volume slider to adjust the audio level.
• Navigation: Use the directional buttons (up, down, left, right) and OK button to navigate menus and select options.
• Fast Forward/Rewind: Use the FWD/REV buttons to fast forward or rewind through content.

4.2 Using USB/SD Card Media

1. Insert a USB drive into the USB Type-C port (with adapter if needed) or a microSD card into the CARD slot.
2. Select the "Source" button on the control panel or remote to switch to USB or CARD mode.
3. Navigate through your media files using the directional buttons and select the desired content to play.

4.3 Screen Rotation and Viewing Modes

• The 10.1-inch IPS screen can swivel up to 270 degrees and fold flat, allowing for various viewing angles and tablet-like usage.
