4. Setup
4.1. Placement
Place the refrigerator on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Maintain a minimum clearance of 2 inches (5 cm) from walls on the sides and back, and 4 inches (10 cm) on top for proper air circulation. The dimensions of the unit are approximately 22"D x 26"W x 39"H.
4.2. Initial Cleaning
Before first use, clean the interior and exterior of the refrigerator with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
4.3. Power Connection
Connect the power cord to a dedicated 120 Volt, 60 Hz grounded electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or adapters. Allow the refrigerator to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it in to allow refrigerants to settle.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Temperature Control
The refrigerator features an internal thermostat for temperature adjustment. Locate the thermostat dial inside the fresh food compartment. Turn the dial to adjust the cooling intensity. Higher numbers typically indicate colder temperatures. Allow several hours for the temperature to stabilize after making adjustments.

5.5. Automatic Defrost
This refrigerator features an automatic defrost system for the fresh food compartment, which reduces user maintenance by preventing ice buildup. The freezer compartment requires manual defrosting.
6. Maintenance
6.1. Cleaning the Interior
Regularly clean the interior of the refrigerator to prevent odors and maintain hygiene. Unplug the appliance before cleaning. Remove all food items and removable parts (shelves, drawers). Wash with a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive pads.
6.2. Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft cloth dampened with water and a mild detergent. Dry with a soft, clean cloth. Avoid getting water into electrical components.
6.3. Manual Defrosting the Freezer
The freezer compartment requires manual defrosting when ice buildup becomes approximately 1/4 inch (0.6 cm) thick. To defrost, unplug the refrigerator, remove all items from the freezer, and leave the freezer door open. Place towels at the bottom to absorb melting ice. Once defrosted, clean and dry the freezer interior before plugging the unit back in.
7. Troubleshooting
Refer to the table below for common issues and their potential solutions:
