Setup and Installation

The AquaCare Magneton shower head is designed for easy, tool-free installation. Follow these steps:

1. Prepare the Shower Area: Turn off the main water supply to your shower. Remove your existing shower head and clean any debris from the shower arm threads.
2. Apply Teflon Tape: Wrap the included Teflon tape clockwise around the threads of your shower arm 3-4 times.
3. Install Overhead Bracket: Screw the angle-adjustable magnetic docking overhead bracket onto the shower arm by hand. Ensure it is hand-tight and facing the desired direction. Do not use tools to overtighten.
4. Connect Shower Hose: Attach one end of the 6 ft stainless steel shower hose to the handheld shower head and the other end to the overhead bracket. Ensure washers are properly seated in the connections. Hand-tighten both ends.
5. Install Low-Reach Wall Bracket (Optional):
   • Clean and dry the desired surface (tile, tub, or shower door) for the low-reach wall bracket.
   • Peel off the protective backing from the silicone adhesive on the back of the bracket.
   • Press the bracket firmly onto the surface for at least 30 seconds. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to cure before use.
   • Alternatively, use the included screws and anchors for a permanent installation if preferred.
6. Dock the Handheld Shower Head: Place the back of the handheld shower head against either magnetic bracket. The Socket-lock Guidance System will automatically align and secure it.
7. Test for Leaks: Turn on the main water supply and check all connections for leaks. If leaks occur, tighten slightly or re-apply Teflon tape.

• Surface Cleaning: Clean the matte black finish with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.
• Hose Maintenance: Periodically check the stainless steel hose for any kinks or damage. Ensure it hangs freely to prevent wear.
