- Distance: Estimated distance covered.
- Count: Total number of pedal revolutions.
- T-Count (Total Count): Cumulative number of pedal revolutions over multiple sessions.
- Calories Burned: Estimated calories consumed during your workout.
- Scan Function: Automatically cycles through all display values.

Adjusting Resistance
The exercise bike features an adjustable tension knob, allowing you to customize the resistance level to suit your fitness needs. Turn the knob clockwise to increase resistance for a more challenging workout, and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance for a lighter session. This makes it suitable for low-impact exercise for beginners or more intense training for experienced users.

Usage for Arms and Legs
The Uten Mini Exercise Bike can be used for both leg and arm exercises. For leg workouts, place the unit on a flat surface, such as the floor, and pedal with your feet. For arm workouts, place the unit on a table or elevated surface and pedal with your hands. The non-slip mat and fixed strap help prevent sliding during use.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Uten Mini Exercise Bike, regular maintenance is recommended:
- Cleaning: Wipe down the unit with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Lubrication: Periodically check moving parts for smooth operation. If any squeaking or stiffness occurs, apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the pedal axles and other pivot points.
- Tighten Fasteners: Regularly inspect all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability and prevent noise.
- Storage: Store the exercise bike in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Its compact size allows for easy storage, such as under a desk or in a closet.
