5. Setup
The PUZILOZA DMX-14CH is designed for straightforward setup.
- Unpack: Carefully remove the light and all accessories from the packaging.
- Mounting:
- Surface Mounting: Place the unit on a flat, stable surface.
- Wall/Truss Mounting: Use the provided bracket and screws to securely attach the light to a wall or truss. Ensure the mounting surface can support the weight of the fixture.
- Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the unit and then to a suitable power outlet (245 VAC).
- DMX Connection (Optional): If using DMX control, connect a DMX cable from your DMX controller to the DMX IN port on the light. For multiple units, daisy-chain them using DMX OUT to DMX IN connections.

6. Operating Modes
The light offers five primary operating modes:
- DMX512 Mode: Allows professional control over each light function (color, pattern, strobe, dimmer) using a DMX controller. Refer to the DMX channel chart in the full manual for detailed control.
- Master/Slave Mode: Connect multiple units via DMX cables. Set one unit as the 'Master' and others as 'Slave' units. The slave units will synchronize their effects with the master unit.
- Auto-run Mode: The light cycles through pre-programmed patterns and effects automatically.
- Sound Control Mode: The light reacts to ambient sound or music, changing patterns and intensity in sync with the beat.
- Remote Control Mode: Use the included infrared remote control to select modes, colors, patterns, and adjust settings from a distance.
