Setup Instructions
Unpacking: Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Retain packaging for future storage or shipping.
Placement: Place the ice maker on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. The compact size allows it to fit on countertops, kitchen islands, or desks.
Initial Standby: Allow the ice maker to stand upright for at least 24 hours before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle, ensuring optimal performance.
Handle Assembly (if applicable): Attach the carry handle to the designated slots on the sides of the unit. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
First Clean: Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker. Remove the ice basket and scoop. Add water to the reservoir and activate the self-cleaning function (refer to the "Self-Cleaning Function" section under Maintenance). Drain the water after the cycle.

Regular Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth.
Clean the ice basket and scoop with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly.
For thorough internal cleaning, periodically run the self-cleaning cycle with a mixture of water and white vinegar (1:10 ratio), then rinse by running the cycle twice with clean water.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Ice maker not producing ice. | No water in reservoir; unit not plugged in; ambient temperature too high. | Fill reservoir; ensure power connection; operate in a cooler environment. |
| "ADD WATER" indicator is on. | Water level is low. | Add water to the reservoir. |
| "ICE FULL" indicator is on. | Ice basket is full. | Remove ice from the basket. |
| Ice cubes are too small or clumpy. | Water temperature too high; air vent blocked; unit needs cleaning. | Use colder water; ensure clear air vents; perform self-cleaning. |
| Unusual noise during operation. | Normal operation sounds (ice dropping, water circulation); unit not level. | Ensure unit is on a flat, stable surface. Note that the unit operates at a low noise level (approx. 35dB). |
