Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard not connecting via Bluetooth: Ensure the keyboard is charged and powered on. Verify that the Easy-Switch key is blinking, indicating pairing mode. On your device, turn Bluetooth off and on again, then attempt to re-pair.
  • Backlighting not working or dim: Check the battery level. Use the F5 and F6 keys to adjust brightness. Ensure ambient light sensors are not obstructed. Adjust settings in the Logi Options+ app.
  • Keys not responding: Ensure the keyboard is connected to the correct device (check Easy-Switch key). Recharge the keyboard. If the issue persists, try restarting your connected device.
  • FileVault issue on macOS: If FileVault is enabled, you might not be able to enter your password at startup or reboot when connected via Bluetooth. In such cases, a Logi Bolt USB Receiver (not included) may be required, or you may need to use a wired keyboard for initial login.
