Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your BOBLOV M7 camera, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Camera not turning on: Ensure the battery is fully charged. If the issue persists, try connecting it to the charger and attempting to power on.
  • Recording issues (e.g., freezing, poor quality): Check if the internal storage is full. Ensure the lens is clean and free from obstructions. Try resetting the camera to factory settings (refer to the on-screen menu for this option).
  • Battery life shorter than expected: Continuous recording, night vision, and GPS usage can consume more power. Ensure background processes are minimized if possible.
  • Date/Time incorrect: Connect the camera to a computer; it often synchronizes the time automatically. Otherwise, adjust the date and time manually through the camera's settings menu.
  • Cannot connect to computer: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the camera and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact BOBLOV customer support.
