3. Installation
3.1 Pre-Installation Considerations
- Ducting: This unit requires external ducting. The exhaust outlet is 7 inches round, with a 6-inch reducer included. For optimal performance and safety, rigid metal ducting is recommended over flexible ducting.
- Mounting Height: Ensure adequate clearance between the cooking surface and the bottom of the range hood. Refer to local building codes for specific requirements.
- Electrical: A dedicated 120V AC, 60Hz electrical circuit is required.
3.2 Mounting the Range Hood
- Use the provided installation instruction template to mark the mounting holes on the cabinet or wall.
- Drill pilot holes for the mounting screws.

3.3 Ducting Connection

- Route the ducting to the exterior of the building, ensuring minimal bends for efficient airflow. Seal all duct connections with appropriate duct tape.

4. Operating Instructions
