8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Jump starter does not turn on or charge. | Battery completely depleted; faulty charging cable/adapter; internal issue. | Ensure charging cable and adapter are functional. Try a different charging source. If still unresponsive, contact customer support. |
| Smart cable indicator does not turn green (no "READY" signal). | Incorrect clamp connection; vehicle battery completely dead (0V); smart cable malfunction. | Verify correct polarity (+ to +, - to -). If battery is completely dead, use the manual override function (Section 6.1). Ensure clamps have good contact. |
| Vehicle does not start after jump attempt. | Insufficient charge in jump starter; vehicle battery severely damaged; other vehicle issues (e.g., starter, fuel). | Ensure jump starter is fully charged. Attempt jump start again. If vehicle still doesn't start, consult a mechanic as the issue may not be battery-related. |
| LED light does not turn on. | Incorrect operation; low battery. | Ensure you are long-pressing the power button for 2-3 seconds to activate the flashlight. Check battery level of the jump starter. |
