Package Contents

Before beginning assembly, verify that all components listed below are present and undamaged.

• 1 x Bar Cart Frame and Shelves
• 1 x Accessory Kit (screws, nuts, etc.)
• 1 x Allen Key
• 4 x 360° Rotating Casters (2 with brakes)
• 1 x Instructions Manual (this document)

Setup Instructions

The TUTOTAK Bar Cart is designed for easy assembly. Follow these steps carefully.

1. Unpack and Inspect: Unpack all components from the box and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Check against the 'Package Contents' list to ensure all parts are present.
2. Attach Casters: Secure the 4 casters to the bottom of the cart's base frame. Ensure the 2 casters with brakes are positioned on the same side for easier access. Tighten them firmly using the provided Allen key.
3. Assemble Side Panels and Shelves: Begin by attaching the middle shelf to the vertical side panels using the provided screws. Do not fully tighten screws until all shelves are in place.
4. Attach Bottom Shelf: Connect the bottom shelf to the side panels, aligning all screw holes.
5. Attach Top Shelf: Secure the top shelf to the remaining top sections of the side panels.
6. Install Handle and Hooks: Attach the handle to the designated holes on one side of the top shelf. Then, attach the S-shaped hooks to the side rails of the middle shelf.
7. Secure Wine Rack and Glass Holder: Position the wine rack and glass holder on the first tier (top shelf area) as desired and secure them. These components can be disassembled if not needed.
8. Final Tightening: Once all parts are in place and aligned, systematically tighten all screws and bolts to ensure the cart is stable and secure.

Operating Instructions and Features

The TUTOTAK Bar Cart is designed for versatility and convenience in various home settings.

• Multifunctional Use: This cart can serve as a bar cart, serving cart, kitchen cart, coffee cart, drink cart, or microwave stand. Its design allows it to complement various rooms such as the kitchen, living room, entryway, or office.
• Mobility: The cart is equipped with four 360° rotating casters for easy movement. Two of these casters include brakes. To secure the cart in place, press down on the brake levers on the two braked casters. To move the cart, release the brakes.

• Integrated Handle and Hooks: The cart features a handle for easy steering and control. Six S-shaped hooks are provided for hanging small utensils, mugs, towels, or other accessories.
• Large Capacity Storage: The cart offers three shelves for ample storage. The first tier includes a wine rack capable of holding up to 3 wine bottles and a glass holder for up to 6 wine glasses. These can be removed if not required. The bottom shelf features a protective fence to prevent items like bottles from falling during movement.

Maintenance

Proper care will ensure the longevity and appearance of your TUTOTAK Bar Cart.

• Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
• Caster Care: Periodically check casters for debris (hair, lint) that may impede movement. Clean as necessary.
• Fastener Check: Occasionally inspect all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if any looseness is detected.
• Weight Distribution: Distribute weight evenly across the shelves to maintain stability and prevent warping.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your bar cart, refer to these common solutions.

• Cart is Wobbly: Ensure all screws and bolts are fully tightened. Check that the cart is on a level surface. If the issue persists, disassemble and reassemble, paying close attention to alignment.
• Casters Not Rolling Smoothly: Check for any debris (hair, dust) caught in the caster wheels. Clean them thoroughly. Ensure the caster brakes are disengaged.
• Difficulty Assembling: Review the 'Setup Instructions' carefully. Ensure you are using the correct screws for each step. Do not force parts together; if they don't fit, re-check the orientation.
• Missing Parts: If any parts are missing from the package, contact TUTOTAK customer service immediately.
