1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the MFSTUDIO Cast Aluminum Patio Dining Table. This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your new outdoor dining table. Please read these instructions carefully before assembly and retain them for future reference.

Safety Information

  • Always assemble the table on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
  • Ensure all bolts and fasteners are securely tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten as necessary.
  • Do not exceed the recommended weight capacity of 200 kg (440 lbs).
  • When using an umbrella, ensure it is properly secured in the umbrella hole and use a weighted base to prevent tipping, especially in windy conditions.
  • Keep small parts and packaging materials away from children.
  • Assembly may require careful handling of sharp edges. Wear gloves if necessary.

2. Parts List

Please verify that all components are present before beginning assembly. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer support.

  • Tabletop (1)
  • Legs (4)
  • Crossbars/Support Frame (2-4, depending on design)
  • Hardware Pack (Bolts, Washers, Nuts, Allen Wrench)
  • Umbrella Hole Cap (1)

3. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your MFSTUDIO patio dining table. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Place them on a soft, non-abrasive surface to prevent damage. Identify all parts against the parts list.
  2. Attach Legs to Tabletop: Position the tabletop upside down. Align the mounting points on each leg with the corresponding holes on the underside of the tabletop. Secure each leg using the provided bolts and washers. Do not fully tighten bolts at this stage.
  3. Install Crossbars/Support Frame: Connect the crossbars or support frame between the legs. Ensure proper alignment of all holes. Secure with bolts and washers. Again, do not fully tighten.
  4. Final Tightening: Once all components are loosely assembled, carefully flip the table upright. Ensure the table is level and stable. Then, progressively tighten all bolts using the Allen wrench. Start with the tabletop connections, then the crossbars, ensuring even pressure. Do not overtighten.
  5. Insert Umbrella Hole Cap: Place the umbrella hole cap into the center hole of the tabletop if an umbrella is not being used.

5. Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your patio dining table.

  • Cleaning: Wipe the table regularly with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry completely to prevent water spots. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the finish.
  • Rust Prevention: The cast aluminum construction is designed to be rust-resistant. However, regular cleaning and ensuring the table is dry after rain will further protect the finish.
  • Seasonal Storage: While designed for outdoor use, storing the table indoors or covering it with a protective cover during extreme weather conditions or off-season periods can help preserve its condition.
  • Hardware Check: Periodically inspect all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as needed to maintain stability.
