Setup

1. Charging the Headphones and Case

Before first use, fully charge the headphones and charging case.

1. Place both left and right earphones into the charging case.
2. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging case and a USB power adapter (not included).
3. The charging indicator lamps on the case will show the charging status. Once fully charged, the lamps will change or turn off.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your headphones to a device:

1. Take both earphones out of the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode. The indicator lamp on one earbud will flash rapidly.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "HA-XC72T" from the list of found devices.
4. Once connected, the indicator lamp will stop flashing.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Take the earphones out of the charging case. They will power on automatically.
• Power Off: Place the earphones back into the charging case. They will power off automatically and begin charging.

Music Playback and Volume Control

The HA-XC72T features touch controls on each earbud.

• Play/Pause: Tap the touch sensor on either earbud once.
• Next Track: Tap the touch sensor on the right earbud twice.
• Previous Track: Tap the touch sensor on the left earbud twice.
• Volume Up: Tap the touch sensor on the right earbud three times.
• Volume Down: Tap the touch sensor on the left earbud three times.

Noise Cancelling / Ambient Sound Mode

The headphones offer Active Noise Cancellation and a Quick Ambient Sound function.

• Toggle Modes: Press and hold the touch sensor on the left earbud for approximately 2 seconds to cycle through Noise Cancelling ON, Ambient Sound ON, and Noise Cancelling OFF.
• Quick Ambient Sound: This function allows you to hear your surroundings without removing the earphones, useful for conversations.

Low Latency Mode

This mode reduces audio delay, enhancing the experience for gaming and video playback.

• Activate/Deactivate: Press and hold the touch sensor on the right earbud for approximately 2 seconds to toggle Low Latency Mode ON/OFF.

Hands-free Calling

• Answer/End Call: Tap the touch sensor on either earbud once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the touch sensor on either earbud for approximately 2 seconds.

Single Earbud Use

Either the left or right earbud can be used independently for music playback or calls.

Maintenance

• Clean the earphones and charging case regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Ensure the earphones are dry before placing them back into the charging case.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your HA-XC72T headphones, refer to the following common solutions:

No Sound from One Earbud (or other pairing issues)

If only one earbud is producing sound, or if you experience other pairing difficulties, try the following steps:

1. Place both left and right earphones back into the charging case.
2. Take both left and right earphones out of the case simultaneously. Check if the issue is resolved.
3. If the issue persists, delete the "HA-XC72T" Bluetooth registration from your device's Bluetooth settings and attempt to re-pair.
4. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, perform a factory reset (initialization) as follows:

Factory Reset (Initialization) Steps:

1. Place both left and right earphones into the charging case. Ensure the charging lamps are lit, indicating they are charging.
2. While the earphones are in the case, press and hold the touch sensors on both the left and right earphones for approximately 15 seconds. The lamp will blink or its reaction will change, indicating initialization is in progress. Perform this for both earbuds.
3. Release your fingers from the touch sensors and close the charging case lid.
4. Wait for approximately 10-20 seconds.
5. Take both left and right earphones out of the case simultaneously. The earphones will begin synchronizing with each other again.
6. On your smartphone or device, open the Bluetooth settings. If "HA-XC72T" is still listed, select "Forget Device" or "Delete Device".
7. Perform the Bluetooth pairing process again from step 1 of the "Bluetooth Pairing" section.

No Power

• Ensure the charging case and earphones are fully charged.
• Check if the charging cable is securely connected.

Poor Sound Quality

• Ensure the earphones are properly seated in your ears. Try different earpiece sizes for a better seal.
• Move closer to your connected device to reduce interference.
• Clean any debris from the earphone nozzles.
