Setup and Installation

1. Unit Placement

Place the portable air conditioner on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is at least 20 inches of clearance around the unit for proper airflow. It is recommended to keep the unit in an upright position for at least 4 hours before initial operation to allow the refrigerant to settle.

2. Window Kit and Exhaust Hose Installation

1. Assemble the window sealing plate kit to fit your window opening. The kit is designed for double-hung or sliding windows. Trimming may be required for a perfect fit.
2. Attach one end of the 59-inch exhaust hose to the air outlet on the back of the unit.
3. Attach the other end of the exhaust hose to the window sealing plate. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent hot air from re-entering the room.

3. Power Connection

Plug the power cord into a grounded 115V, 60Hz electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.

Maintenance

Filter Cleaning

Water Drainage

As a dehumidifier, the unit collects water. When the internal water bucket is full, the 'WATER FULL' indicator will illuminate, and the unit will stop operating. You will need to drain the collected water.
