- Press the start/pause button to begin preheating.
Cooking with the Air Fryer
- Prepare Food: Place the crisping rack into the cooking basket. Place your ingredients into the cooking basket. Do not overfill the basket; ensure there is enough space for air to circulate. For optimal crispiness, lightly toss food with a small amount of oil if desired.
- Insert Basket: Slide the cooking basket back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
- Set Time and Temperature:
- Manually set the desired cooking temperature and time using the respective up/down arrows on the control panel.
- Alternatively, select one of the pre-set programs by pressing the menu icon and cycling through the options (e.g., fries, chicken, fish, steak, cake, vegetables). The air fryer will automatically set the recommended time and temperature for the selected program.
- Start Cooking: Press the start/pause button to begin the cooking cycle.
- Shake/Flip Food (Optional): For even cooking, especially with items like fries or chicken wings, you may need to shake or flip the food halfway through the cooking time. Carefully pull out the basket, shake or flip the contents, and reinsert the basket. The air fryer will automatically resume cooking.
- End of Cooking: The air fryer will beep when the cooking cycle is complete. Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the cooked food to a serving plate.
