4. Camera
The built-in camera allows the child to take photos. These photos can typically be viewed on the watch or synced with the parent's app.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Wipe the smartwatch regularly with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or strong cleaning agents, as these can damage the watch's finish or internal components.
2. Storage
When not in use for extended periods, store the smartwatch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) before storing to prolong battery life.
3. Battery Care
To maximize battery lifespan, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the watch when the battery level is low, and disconnect it once fully charged. Do not expose the watch to extreme heat or cold, as this can degrade battery performance.
Troubleshooting
- Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. If it still doesn't turn on, try holding the power button for an extended period (10-15 seconds).
- No network signal: Check if the SIM card is correctly inserted and active. Verify that the area has 4G network coverage. Restart the watch.
- GPS inaccuracy: Ensure the watch has a clear view of the sky. GPS accuracy can be affected by tall buildings, dense foliage, or indoor environments.
- Cannot pair with app: Ensure the smartwatch is powered on and displaying the QR code. Check your smartphone's internet connection. Try restarting both devices.
- Short battery life: Reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary features, and ensure no background apps are consuming excessive power.
