Components

Controls
The COOLIFY 2S features intuitive controls for easy operation:
Power Button: Press and hold to turn the device ON or OFF.
Mode Button: Short press to cycle through Cooling, Fan, and Heating modes.
Intensity Buttons (+/-): Adjust the intensity level within each mode (e.g., fan speed, cooling/heating level).

3. Setup
Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your COOLIFY 2S. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the device's charging port and plug the other end into a compatible power adapter. The device supports fast charging, reaching 80% in approximately 1.5 hours.

Wearing the Device
Gently open the COOLIFY 2S and place it around your neck. The flexible design allows for a comfortable and secure fit for various neck sizes. Ensure the cooling/heating plates are in contact with the back of your neck for optimal performance.

4. Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
To turn ON: Press and hold the Power Button until the device activates.
To turn OFF: Press and hold the Power Button until the device shuts down.
Mode Selection
The COOLIFY 2S offers three primary modes:
Cooling Mode (AC): Provides a cooling sensation through the semiconductor plates and airflow.
Fan Mode: Circulates air without active cooling or heating.
Heating Mode: Warms the semiconductor plates to provide a heating sensation.
Short press the Mode Button to cycle through these modes.
Intensity Adjustment
Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the intensity within each mode. For example, in Fan Mode, these buttons control the fan speed. In Cooling or Heating Mode, they adjust the temperature intensity.
App Control
For enhanced control and customization, download the TORRAS Life app from your device's app store. The app allows for stepless adjustment of modes and intensity, providing a more personalized experience.

5. Maintenance
Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your COOLIFY 2S:
Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
Ensure the air inlets and outlets are free from dust and debris. Use a soft brush or compressed air if necessary.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Storage
When not in use for extended periods, store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It is recommended to fully charge the device before storing it to preserve battery life.
6. Troubleshooting
