Setup and Installation
Proper installation of your ZJYWSCH Grill Cover ensures maximum protection for your grill. Follow these steps for optimal fit and security.
Step 1: Ensure Grill is Cool and Clean
Before placing the cover, ensure your grill is completely cool and free from any debris or food residue. This prevents heat damage to the cover and keeps the grill clean underneath.
Step 2: Position the Cover
Carefully drape the grill cover over your Pit Boss Savannah Onyx Edition Wood Pellet Grill. Align the cover so that the smoke stack and side components are properly enclosed within their designated sections of the cover.

Step 3: Secure with Zipper and Drawstring
Locate the waterproof zipper on the side of the cover. Zip it up completely to ensure a secure closure and prevent water ingress. Then, tighten the adjustable drawstring located at the bottom edge of the cover. This drawstring helps to cinch the cover tightly around the base of the grill, preventing it from being dislodged by wind.

- Removal: To use your grill, simply loosen the drawstring, unzip the cover, and carefully lift it off. Fold the cover neatly for storage to prevent creases and prolong its life.
- Weather Protection: The cover is designed to protect against rain, snow, UV rays, dust, and debris. Ensure it is properly secured during adverse weather conditions.
Care and Maintenance
Regular cleaning and proper care will extend the life and effectiveness of your ZJYWSCH Grill Cover.
Cleaning Instructions:
- Spot Cleaning: For minor dirt or stains, wipe the affected area with a damp cloth.
- Thorough Cleaning: For more extensive cleaning, hose down the cover with water. Dirt and debris should easily rinse off due to the waterproof coating.
- Drying: After cleaning, allow the grill cover to air dry completely in the sun before storing or placing it back on the grill. Ensure it is fully dry to prevent mildew.
