The DEZIN 2L Electric Cooker is a compact and versatile kitchen appliance designed for convenience and efficiency. Setup and First Use

Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed. Wash the non-stick pot liner and steamer basket with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Do not immerse the main unit with the electrical components in water.

Connecting the Power:

  1. Locate the power inlet on the end of the handle.
  2. Firmly insert the detachable power cord into the inlet.
  3. Plug the other end of the power cord into a standard 110V electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Power Adjustment:

The cooker features a simple switch on the handle to select between two power levels:

Cooking Functions:

  1. Sautéing/Frying:
    • Add a small amount of oil or butter to the non-stick pot liner.
    • Select Mode II (600W) for quick heating.
    • Add ingredients like steak, chicken, or vegetables. Stir occasionally with the provided silicone spatula.
  2. Boiling/Noodles/Soup:
    • Fill the pot with water or desired liquid, ensuring it does not exceed the MAX fill line.
    • Select Mode II (600W) for rapid boiling. Once boiling, you may switch to Mode I (250W) for simmering.
    • Add noodles, soup ingredients, or other items to be boiled.
  3. Steaming:
    • Add water to the main pot (below the steamer basket level).
    • Place the removable steamer basket into the pot.
    • Arrange food items (e.g., eggs, vegetables, dumplings) in the steamer basket.
    • Cover with the glass lid. Select Mode II (600W) to generate steam.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your DEZIN Electric Cooker.

Cleaning the Pot:

  1. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. The non-stick pot liner is integrated and cannot be immersed in water or placed in a dishwasher.
  3. Wipe the interior of the pot with a soft sponge or cloth and mild dish soap.
  4. Rinse with a damp cloth, ensuring no water enters the electrical components.
  5. Dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth.

Cleaning the Steamer Basket and Lid:

Storage:

Store the cooker in a dry place. Ensure the power cord is detached and stored separately or neatly wrapped.
