1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup

Initial Cleaning:

Assembly:

General Operation:

1. Plug the appliance into a 240V electrical outlet. The display will show 'OFF'.
2. Add ingredients to the inner pot according to your recipe. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
3. Secure the lid. The smart lid will automatically lock when pressure cooking.
4. Select your desired cooking program by pressing the corresponding button on the control panel.
5. Adjust cooking time or pressure level if necessary using the '+' and '-' buttons.

• Natural Release: Allow the pressure to dissipate naturally. This is recommended for foods that expand, such as grains or beans. The float valve will drop when pressure is fully released.
• Quick Release: Press the one-touch pressure release button on the lid. Steam will rapidly vent from the steam release valve. Keep hands and face clear of the steam. The float valve will drop when pressure is fully released.

Do not open the lid until the float valve has dropped, indicating all pressure has been released.
