Installation Instructions
The Amico ultra-thin LED recessed light is designed for easy, canless installation. Follow these steps carefully:
- Turn Off Power: Before starting, ensure the power supply to the installation area is turned off at the circuit breaker.
- Cut a Hole: Use the provided 1:1 hole template to mark the desired location on the ceiling. Cut a 3.07-inch diameter hole in the ceiling. Ensure there are no obstructions like joists or pipes in the chosen location.
- Connect Wiring: Open the junction box cover. Connect the household electrical wires (live, neutral, ground) to the corresponding wires inside the junction box using appropriate wire connectors. Ensure all connections are secure. Close the junction box cover.
- Position Junction Box: Place the junction box through the cutout hole into the ceiling space.
- Connect Light Panel: Connect the cable from the LED light fixture to the junction box. Ensure the connection is firm.
- Mount Light: Gently push the spring clips on the sides of the LED fixture upwards and insert the fixture into the cutout hole. The spring clips will secure the fixture firmly against the ceiling.
- Restore Power: Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker.

Operating Instructions
Color Temperature (CCT) Selection
Your Amico recessed light features 5 selectable color temperatures: 2700K (Soft White), 3000K (Warm White), 3500K (Neutral White), 4000K (Cool White), and 5000K (Daylight). To change the CCT:
- Before installation, locate the CCT selection switch on the side of the junction box.
- Slide the switch to your desired color temperature setting.
- Once installed, the selected CCT will be active. To change it, you will need to remove the fixture to access the switch.
