Operating Instructions
- Power On: Locate the power switch on the side of the bug vacuum. Slide it to the 'ON' position.
- Select Suction Mode: The bug vacuum features two suction modes: Low (L) and High (H). Use the switch to select the desired power level. The higher suction power (14W) is an upgrade from previous versions.
- Capture Insects: Point the nozzle of the bug vacuum towards the insect you wish to capture. Ensure the nozzle is less than 8mm from the insect for effective suction. Press the trigger to activate the vacuum. Small and light insects (e.g., ants, small crickets, insects less than 10mm in length and 0.1g in weight) are best suited for capture.
- Observe: Once the insect is in the transparent capture core, release the trigger. The core has a built-in magnifying glass on its trap door, allowing for close observation without direct contact.
- Release: To release the insect, gently twist the capture core to detach it from the main unit. Open the trap door on the core and allow the insect to exit safely.
