Setup

1. Unpack the Satechi 200W 6-Port GaN Charging Station, power cable, and desktop stand from the packaging.
2. Connect the 3-pin power connector (C5 power cable) to the designated port on the back of the charging station.
3. Plug the other end of the power cable into a wall outlet.
4. Place the charging station into the provided desktop stand for vertical orientation, or lay it flat on a stable surface. Ensure the rubber feet are in contact with the surface to prevent sliding.
5. The LED indicator on the top of the charging station will illuminate, indicating it is powered on and ready for use.

Operating Instructions

The Satechi 200W 6-Port GaN Charging Station features six USB-C Power Delivery (PD) ports. The power output varies depending on the specific port used and the number of devices connected simultaneously. Always use certified charging cables (sold separately) for optimal performance.

Note: Only PD1 & PD2 ports will reach 140W charging rates with supporting host devices. Only one device can be connected at a time to either port in order to achieve 140W charging.

Maintenance

• Keep the charging station clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
• Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the charging station, as this will void the warranty and may cause damage.

Troubleshooting

• Device not charging: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the charging station and the wall outlet. Verify that the device's charging cable is properly inserted into the charging station and the device.
• Slow charging: Check the power output table to ensure the connected device is compatible with the port's wattage. Using multiple high-power devices simultaneously may distribute the total wattage, potentially reducing individual port speeds.
• Overheating: The charging station is designed to operate at a normal temperature of around 40°C. If it feels excessively hot, disconnect all devices and the power cable, and allow it to cool down. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
