- Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before assembly. Do not use if any parts are missing or broken.
- Always use the mattress provided or a mattress of the specified size (2.75 inches thick).
- Do not place the crib near windows where cords from blinds or drapes could strangle a child.
- Do not use this crib for a child who can climb out of it or who is taller than 35 inches (89 cm).
- Maximum weight limit for daybed and toddler bed stage is 50 pounds (22.7 kg).
- Regularly check all screws, bolts, and fasteners to ensure they are tight and secure.

Setup and Assembly
Assembly of the STORKCRAFT Petal 4-in-1 Convertible Mini Crib is required. Please refer to the detailed assembly instructions included with your product for step-by-step guidance. Ensure all hardware and parts are accounted for before beginning.
Crib Configuration
- Unpack all components and verify against the parts list in your assembly manual.
- Assemble the side rails and end panels according to the provided diagrams.
- Install the mattress support base at the desired height. The crib offers 3 adjustable mattress height options.
- Place the included 2.75-inch mini crib mattress onto the support base.
- Ensure all bolts are securely tightened.

Converting to Daybed
To convert the mini crib to a daybed, remove one of the side rails. The mattress support base should be set to its lowest position for safety.

Converting to Twin-Size Bed
Conversion to a twin-size bed requires a separate conversion kit (sold separately). Follow the instructions provided with the conversion kit to transform the daybed into a twin-size bed with either a high or low footboard.

Operating Instructions
Adjusting Mattress Height
The STORKCRAFT Petal Mini Crib features an adjustable mattress support base with 3 height options. Adjust the mattress height as your child grows to ensure safety and ease of access.
- Highest Position: For newborns and infants who cannot push up on their hands and knees.
- Middle Position: For infants who can push up on their hands and knees but cannot stand.
- Lowest Position: For toddlers who can stand. Always use the lowest position once your child can stand to prevent climbing out.
To adjust the height, carefully remove the mattress and mattress support. Re-position the support to the desired height level, ensuring all hooks and fasteners are securely engaged.

Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Wipe the crib frame with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or strong chemicals that could damage the finish.
- Mattress Care: The included mattress has a water-resistant cover. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Allow to air dry completely before placing back in the crib.
- Inspections: Periodically check all screws, bolts, and hardware to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten as needed. Do not over-tighten.
- Storage: If storing the crib, disassemble it carefully and store all parts and hardware in a dry, safe place.
Troubleshooting
- Wobbly Crib: Ensure all bolts and screws are fully tightened. If the issue persists, disassemble and reassemble, paying close attention to the alignment of parts.
- Difficulty Adjusting Mattress Height: Check that the mattress support hooks are properly aligned with the corresponding slots on the crib frame. Do not force the adjustment.
- Missing Parts: If any parts are missing upon unboxing, do not proceed with assembly. Contact Storkcraft customer support immediately.
