Setup
Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the keyboard using the provided USB-A to USB-C cable. Connect the USB-C end to the keyboard's port and the USB-A end to a powered USB port on your computer or a USB wall adapter. The status LED will indicate charging progress.

Connectivity Options
The Cherry KW 9200 Mini offers three primary connection methods:
- 2.4 GHz Wireless (USB Receiver):
Locate the nano USB receiver stored magnetically in the keyboard's base. Plug the receiver into an available USB-A port on your computer. Turn on the keyboard using the power switch on the side. The keyboard should automatically connect. - Bluetooth 5.0:
The keyboard supports two Bluetooth channels. To pair, turn on the keyboard. Press and hold the Fn key along with either F1 or F2 (indicated by Bluetooth icons) for a few seconds until the corresponding LED flashes rapidly. On your device (computer, tablet, smartphone), go to Bluetooth settings and select 'Cherry KW 9200 Mini' to pair. Repeat for a second Bluetooth device using the other Bluetooth channel (F1 or F2). - Wired USB-C:
Connect the provided USB-A to USB-C cable from your computer to the keyboard. The keyboard will function as a wired device and charge simultaneously.

Basic Typing and Layout

Function Keys (Fn)
