Initial Setup

Press RST/STP to reset the stopwatch to zero.

Countdown Timer:

Enter Countdown Timer mode using the MODE button.

The watch will chime when the countdown reaches zero.

Alarms:

Enter Alarm mode using the MODE button.
Set the alarm time using the RST/STP and ST/STP buttons.

Backlight:

Troubleshooting

Digital Display Not Visible in Darkness (Backlight Issue)	The backlight feature is designed to provide temporary illumination. In some conditions, particularly in complete darkness, the visibility of the digital display with the backlight may be limited. Ensure the LIGHT button is pressed firmly. Analog Hands Not Synchronized with Digital Time	After setting the digital time, allow a short period for the analog hands to automatically adjust.
