4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Setting Analog Time

3. Push the crown back in to set the analog time.

4.2 Setting Digital Time and Date

1. From the normal time display, press the MODE button repeatedly until the digital time display starts flashing, indicating it's in setting mode.
2. Press the SET button to cycle through the settings: seconds, hour, minute, year, month, day.
3. Use the ADJ button to increase the flashing value. Hold ADJ to quickly advance.

5.2 Countdown Timer

2. Press the SET button to enter setting mode. The hour digit will flash.
3. Use the ADJ button to set the desired hour, then press SET to move to minutes, and repeat for seconds.
4. Once the desired countdown time is set, press MODE to exit setting.
