2. Refilling the Mills
- To refill, locate the bayonet lock mechanism. This is typically found by twisting the top section of the mill.
- Gently pull the top section upwards to separate it from the transparent spice chamber.
- Fill the transparent chamber with your desired whole peppercorns or coarse salt. Avoid overfilling.
- Align the top section with the chamber and push down firmly until the bayonet lock engages with an audible click. Ensure it is securely closed to maintain aroma tightness.

Operating the Mills
