Setup Instructions
- Charge Battery: Ensure your M12 REDLITHIUM battery is fully charged. The battery fuel gauge on the pump will indicate the charge level (4 lights for full charge).
- Install Battery: Slide the charged M12 battery into the battery compartment at the top of the pump until it clicks into place.
- Attach Hose: Thread a standard 3/4 inch garden hose onto the outlet port of the pump. Ensure a tight connection to prevent leaks.
- Position Pump: Place the submersible barrel of the pump into the liquid you intend to transfer. Ensure the inlet filter is fully submerged and positioned to avoid large debris.
Operating Instructions
- Submerge Inlet: Ensure the pump's inlet filter is completely submerged in the liquid.
- Direct Outlet: Position the attached garden hose to direct the discharged liquid to the desired location.
- Activate Pump: Slide the power switch to the "ON" position. The pump will begin to draw liquid and discharge it through the hose.
- Monitor Operation: Observe the flow and ensure the pump is operating smoothly. The pump can move up to 9 gallons per minute.
- Deactivate Pump: Once the desired amount of liquid has been transferred or the liquid level is too low for effective pumping, slide the power switch to the "OFF" position.
- Remove Pump: Carefully remove the pump from the liquid, allowing any remaining liquid to drain from the barrel.
