2.2 Installation Methods
The system offers two primary installation methods: Cigarette Lighter Installation for quick setup or Hardwired Installation for a permanent power connection. Both methods ensure a stable, wired connection to prevent signal issues or image delay.
2.2.1 Cigarette Lighter Installation
This method provides a simple plug-and-play setup, ideal for temporary or less permanent installations. Connect the monitor's power cord to the included car charger, and then plug the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.

2.2.2 Hardwired Installation
For a more integrated and permanent power solution, the system can be hardwired directly to your vehicle's electrical system (9-36 volts). This typically involves connecting to ACC battery, ground, and positive power, with optional trigger wires for specific camera channels (e.g., reverse light trigger).

Ensure all video cables from the cameras are securely connected to the corresponding AV inputs on the monitor's main cable harness. Route cables carefully to avoid interference and damage.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Monitor Operation
The 10.36-inch IPS touchscreen monitor provides intuitive control over the system. Its 4K resolution ensures clear and detailed images from all connected cameras.

3.1.1 Split Screen Modes
The monitor supports various split-screen configurations, allowing simultaneous viewing of multiple camera feeds. Double-tap a single channel image to switch to fullscreen view for that camera.

3.1.2 Image Mirroring
The system allows for image mirroring, which can be useful for specific camera orientations or preferences, such as reversing cameras.

3.3 DVR Recording and Parking Monitoring
The system functions as a dash cam with loop recording and local playback capabilities. When paired with Parking Monitoring, it provides continuous surveillance for your vehicle even when parked.

4. Maintenance

- Camera Cleaning: Although IP69 waterproof, periodically clean camera lenses with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt, dust, or water spots that may obstruct the view. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Monitor Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the touchscreen monitor. For stubborn smudges, a screen cleaner designed for electronics can be used sparingly. Do not spray liquid directly onto the screen.
- Cable Inspection: Periodically inspect all cables and connections for signs of wear, fraying, or loose connections. Secure any loose cables to prevent damage during vehicle movement.
- SD Card Management: While loop recording manages storage automatically, it is recommended to occasionally back up important footage from the 64GB SD card to an external device. Format the SD card periodically (e.g., every 3-6 months) through the monitor's settings to maintain optimal recording performance.
